Registered Nurse (RN) Patient Care Navigator - Structural Heart Job Responsibilities: Coordinates a patient's plan of care which may include appointment scheduling, confirming patient's attendance, transportation, assisting with referral process, and answering patient questions. Position Title Registered Nurse, Administrative Supervisor Job Description Purpose & Scope: Facilitates patient care service goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies in order to provide nursing services to meet legal, organizational and medical staff guidelines.
