The PNRT RN is part of a region-based nursing resource team that is assigned to varying units during their shift to ensure that patient care needs are met within the assigned facility. These RNs possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in 5-6 locations within a defined region: Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal. This group shall be known as the Regional Resource Team - RN. PNRT RNs are experienced, proficient nurses within their specialty (medical/surgical, telemetry, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health, emergency or women's services). PNRT RN's demonstrate independence, rule consciousness, social boldness, and change readiness. They exhibit a strong commitment to professional nursing standards and inter-professional collaboration. What We're Looking For Education : 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. ADN. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN Preferred.
