The RN House Supervisor is an experienced nurse who collaborates with directors and administration to provide 24/7 oversight of hospital operations to ensure adherence to health system policies and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for coordination of quality patient care and often serves as the after-hours and weekend leader, addressing patient concerns and facilitating efficient hospital throughput and optimal staffing. Essential Job Function: Coordinates nursing services with department leadership to facilitate adequate staffing based on census and patient need; evaluates staffing and resources to ensure optimal utilization of personnel based on skill level and experience. Description RN needed for Peds/Neo Specialty Team Carolina Air Care is a CAMTS accredited critical care and emergency transportation agency serving North Carolina and surrounding areas since 1986. Our assets are comprised of four helicopters as well as a fleet of ambulances dispatched by our communications center "Flightwatch" – all operating 24 hours a day. Helicopter bases are located in Burlington, Aberdeen, Goldsboro, and Rocky Mount. Rotor wing aircraft are staffed with one nurse and one paramedic.
