Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and committees to assure that evidence-based clinical quality goals and outcomes are developed and implemented using appropriate standards of care. Serves as liaison as appropriate Educates others on clinical quality improvement initiatives. Works to ensure integration of clinical quality improvement initiatives into the day to day operations. Provides feedback to medical staff and administration regarding outcomes from clinical improvement initiatives during and after implementation, and regarding outcomes of performance measures of clinical pathways. Serves as a mentor and facilitator to clinical outcome improvement teams. Creates templates for streamlining clinical outcomes improvement team development, pathway development and implementation. Serves on at least one nursing council, hospital, or medical center committee, task force, or project team to improve patient care or work area demonstrates core standards of exceptional customer service.
