Assist individuals with home maintenance and perform cleaning duties as assigned Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLSs) for residents as required Coordinate scheduling for residents requiring OT, PT and ST Take and record weights, blood pressures, temperatures, pulse and respiration and give skin care treatments, as permitted by state regulation Report on resident status or family concerns to Program Manager Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, which recognizes the individual's needs and rights Perform other duties as requested Maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, SOLVE, MAP, HR/DPPC Ensure that individuals we support are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates’ Human Rights Policy. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistance Certificate Required. Experience with the program population is preferred. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations. Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals. Basic computer knowledge. Excellent customer services and communication skills. The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) is responsible for coordinating and providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical and procedural services. Working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team, the OR RN oversees patient care and nursing activities within the operating/procedure room and helps ensure an efficient, organized, and safe surgical environment.
