Delegation & Supervision Supervises assigned staff and delegates tasks appropriately. Takes responsibility for all care provided to assigned patients. Reports performance issues of team members to ensure safe, appropriate patient care. Patient & Family Education Assesses the educational needs of patients and families. Provides appropriate verbal and written education. Documents assessments and all education provided. Provider Orders & Clinical Workflow Conducts ongoing review, initiation, and implementation of provider orders every shift. Prioritizes responsibilities based on urgency and patient needs.
