A Brief Overview Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct care to assigned patients with simple to complex health care needs in inpatient, outpatient and procedural areas. The Unit Manager is responsible for promoting and restoring patients’ health through the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and providing physical and emotional support to patients and their families.
