Job Description UCSF Stanyan & Hyde Clinics are clinical sites that offer Primary Care as well as adult multi-specialty services. There are core specialties located in these sites 5 days per week in combination with multiple specialty services that are scheduled throughout the week. The clinical staff includes Medical Assistants, Patient Care Coordinators, Physician Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Registered Nurses, Orthopedic Technician, and X-Ray Technician. Involves the provision of integrated and accessible primary and specialty patient care services in a clinic or center environment. Care is provided by clinicians and assistants who are accountable for addressing a large majority of personal health care needs and developing a sustainable partnership with patients. Ensures optimal patient outcomes through effective leadership and / or provision of patient care delivery in healthcare clinics or centers. Promotes shared decision-making at all levels to ensure a shared voice in practices, exchange of ideas, enhanced communication, and continually improved patient services. Management levels may also be responsible for clinic operations. Manages the delivery of ambulatory patient care, which typically includes nursing, and may include laboratory, radiology, dental, etc. Facilitates the flow of patient care activities; may also participate in practice or center management operations. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Previous supervisory and/or management experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Strong clinic/center patient care management skills.
