Job Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned nursing area(s) in order to facilitate and deliver comprehensive quality nursing care and to manage the environment in which care is given. Job Summary: The RN Care Manager's primary responsibility is to provide care coordination for a set group of patients, adult or pediatric, with complex illness in the primary care setting, under the PCMH model.
