Patients in this unit range in age from young adult to geriatric , however, the most common patient population is approximately 65 years old. Some of the primary procedures performed on this unit include partial nephrectomy, radical nephrectomy, radical prostatectomy, urolithiasis, and cystectomy with continent/incontinent urinary diversion. A caregiver in this position works nights| 7:00pm—7:30am.
