The EP nursing team delivers care across multiple ambulatory locations and specialized programs, including clinic nursing, nurse navigation, and subspecialty workflows for increasingly complex patient populations. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, cross-site coordination, staffing, onboarding, education, clinical standardization, physician collaboration, and the execution of growth initiatives. This leader will promote operational consistency, align nursing practice, develop team members, support continued EP program growth, and collaborate with Medical Center departments and service lines to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
