Key Responsibilities: 1. Delegation & Supervision: Assess the competency of medication technicians and caregivers. Delegate nursing tasks in accordance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act and MBON regulations. Supervise and provide oversight of delegated nursing tasks on an ongoing basis. Supervision would also include other Delegating nurses and medical assistance 2. Client Case Management: Complete initial and ongoing assessments of residents’/clients’ health care needs.
