As a Full-Time Registered Nurse in Occupational Health , you’ll provide high-quality, employee-focused care at our on-site Health Center in Middletown, CT. This role offers a consistent second-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM , making it an excellent fit for nurses who prefer evening hours, enjoy daytime flexibility, and thrive outside the traditional daytime schedule. As the sole nurse on our second shift , you'll work independently in a highly autonomous role, managing daily clinic operations and serving as the primary clinical resource for employees. Success in this position requires strong clinical judgment, confidence in independent decision-making, and the ability to prioritize effectively without direct on-site nursing support.
