What you need to know about this position: Having a baby is one of life's most important experiences, and our Birthing Center provides a full range of delivery services to support needs before, during and after giving birth. Our Birthing Center is equipped with a Level 2 Nursery to assist and support our newborns and families. A new Registered Nurse in this unit will have an hourly base rate starting at $33.34. An experienced Registered Nurse can expect an hourly base rate in the top 25% of nurses in the region. RN positions are eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums. In this position you would be scheduled to work 3–12 hour night shifts (36 hours/week, considered full-time) with start/end times of 7:00pm-7:30am with a holiday and weekend requirement. With at least 16 hours per week, this position is benefit eligible. What is required for this position: Upon hire, you must have: Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required. Within 30 days of hire you must have (CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment): Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certificate in Neonatal Resuscitation Program NICU or OB experience preferred. This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.

What you need to know about this position: Our Mental Health unit (housed on the Columbus Regional Health campus) is an 18-bed secure inpatient unit treating adults 18 and older who are experiencing acute mental illness. We provide an individualized program for the intensive treatment of mental disorders, which includes a plan of care specific to each patient's circumstance and goals of the treatment. A new Registered Nurse in this unit will have an hourly base rate starting at $33.34. An experienced Registered Nurse can expect an hourly base rate in the top 25% of nurses in the region. RN positions are eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums. In this position you would be scheduled to work 3 -8-hour evening shifts (24 hours/week, considered part-time) with start/end times of 3:00pm-11:30pm over the weekend, specifically Friday/Saturday/Sunday. The Weekend Option position offers a premium for hours worked between Friday at 3pm and Monday at 7:30am. *To be eligible for Weekend option position, at least 2 years of experience within department preferred but not required. What is required for this position : Upon hire, you must have: Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
