Job Overview Fairview is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Dermatology Care Team at our Clinics and Surgery Center in Minneapolis. This full-time, benefits-eligible position (80 hours per pay period) offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where every day brings variety, learning, and meaningful patient connections. Clinic Hours of Operation are Monday–Thursday: 7:00AM–6:00PM and Friday: 7:00AM–5:00PM. NO WEEKENDS! The LPN performs delegated nursing and medical functions of data collection and delivery of care to an assigned group of patients, or individualized patient. The LPN works under the direction of a Registered Nurse, or physician/authorized practitioner and in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team. Department Overview The Anesthesia Department provides all types of anesthesia services to children on an inpatient and/or outpatient basis on the Minneapolis, St. Paul and West Campuses. Position Summary Children's Minnesota's Anesthesia Department is seeking Full-time (or .8 FTE) CRNAs to join our busy practice. Our independent pediatric hospital system provides a variety of anesthesia services to children on the Minneapolis and Minnetonka West Campuses in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. We offer a case mixture that includes cardiac, neuro, level 1 trauma and neonatal. This position would cover a mix of 8-hour shifts working 7am-3:30pm and 10-hour shifts working 7am-5pm. Children’s CRNA program provides coverage for up to 15 OR’s (9 main ORs, 3 cardiac ORs, and 3 ORs at Minnetonka) per day and over 19,000 surgical cases per year. The CRNA’s also provide 24/7 OR coverage to our Level 1 Pediatric Trauma program. In addition to the OR, our CRNA staff plays an integral role in ancillary services as needed throughout the hospital. Children’s Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine program brings together outpatient support for children with complex needs and dedicated inpatient consultative care to support the acute needs of hospitalized patients.
