Participants in quality improvement programs as directed. Follows standards of the Diligent Minimal Lift Program. Performs other duties as required. Responsibilities Nurses in the Neuro ICU and SICU provide comprehensive, high‑acuity care including but not limited to: Continuous neurological monitoring Acute intervention and stabilization Complex medical management Stroke recognition and management Post‑surgical critical care and recovery Sub ‑ acute and ongoing critical care management Continuous renal replacement therapy End‑of‑life care with a focus on dignity and comfort Family and caregiver education, communication, and emotional support Neuroscience Intensive Care Provide care for stroke, neurosurgical, spine, and seizure/epilepsy patients, including Phase I–IV epilepsy monitoring.
