We treat neonate, infant and pediatric patients less than 2 years old with conditions including hypoxemic respiratory failure, infections, hematological, neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic disorders, single major or multiple anomalies requiring diagnostic work-up and/or surgical intervention. We provide continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), renal dialysis and body cooling for neonates among many other therapies to provide the highest level of neonatal care to infants and their families. We are hiring experienced NICU nurses, but if you are a nurse with adult or pediatric inpatient experience looking to transition to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), our "New To NICU" program within the Anschutz Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will support you in your journey. We are currently interviewing candidates with at least one year of general inpatient pediatric experience, pediatric ICU experience, or adult ICU experience. Next possible start dates for "New to NICU": July 6th and October 12th Qualifications EDUCATION – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) EXPERIENCE – One year nursing experience. Equivalent leadership experience may be substituted for a degree. California specific: Must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing preferred. Must have one (1) year of management experience, hospice or related health care organization preferred.
