DYS Northeast Health Services is a program of Justice Resource Institute contracted to provide comprehensive health care for adolescent males in residential detention and treatment placement at the Department of Youth Services in the Northeast Region. Schedule: 40 hours per week Compensation The pay range for this position is $135,000 to $145,000 per year. The Oxford Rehab is looking for an MDS Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, overseeing resident care plans, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The Oxford is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. $40 to $45 an hour if an LPN, $45 to $50 if an RN. Weekly pay.
