Qualifications/Requirements for Unit Manager Rn position: Applicant must possess an active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous supervisory experience necessary. 
The LPN is responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration is required.
