Job Details Description Position Summary: Provides clinical nursing support to staff and physicians in the care of patients with wound, ostomy and continence needs. Critically analyzes the effectiveness of wound care regimens, patient care systems, and interdisciplinary care plans to maximize the effectiveness of care.
