Communication & Coordination Give and receive detailed shift reports. Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and interdisciplinary team members. Certified Nursing Assistant CNA assists or gives oral hygiene and mouth care. Assists with bathing functions and dressing/undressing as necessary. Records anomalies (i.e. bruises, cuts, rashes, swelling, etc.) Certified Nursing Assistant CNA assists with nail care, shaving and hair care. Assists with lifting, turning, positioning and transporting residents. Makes both occupied and unoccupied bed (as assigned). Checks residents frequently to assure that their personal care needs are being met Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management. Performs other duties as assigned. Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - Requirements: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
