We care for patients who have Neurological and Neurosurgical needs. For Example, patients who have had a stroke, neck and back surgery or seizures. Many of our patients need assistance with daily cares due to their condition. We have a great team that works together and it is a great place to get new experiences. POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) provides appropriate safe basic care to patients which includes taking vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation of patients for physical/emotional changes. Other duties include recording pertinent information in patient charts, communicating with other Patient Care Team members to ensure continuity of care, and may function in a role providing constant supervision to patients as needed. Duties may vary according to department expectations and needs. Wound Care Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Role | No Weekends, No On-Call Dr. MobiCare | Part-Time | Mon–Fri $0 commute stress. 100% malpractice covered. 401(k) match up to 8%. We bring wound care directly to patients in their homes. You drive the visits, we cover the mileage, malpractice, and equipment. Monday through Friday, home by dinner. The Role Hands-on wound care for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Comprehensive assessments, debridement, dressing changes, and individualized care plans — alongside a collaborative clinical team. Wound care experience preferred, but we'll train the right NP.
