Nurse Practitioner As the Nurse Practitioner you will act as a Skilled Nursing Facility’s leading provider of internal medicine services. You will collaborate with the facility’s interdisciplinary team and physicians, serving as a day-to-day clinical leader while helping oversee the care of all of the facility’s residents. You will work with the entire facility’s patient population - short and long-term residents - overseeing their day-to-day care with the assistance of the facility’s nursing staff and guidance from the facility’s medical directors and attending physicians.
