Preferably, a minimum of one year of recent acute or long-term care experience, ideally in an institutional setting. Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least one year of experience in home care. While management experience is not required, you will be responsible for supervising Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides. Strong observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
