Job Requirements Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Work Experience Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree. Respond to life saving situations based upon standards, policies, procedures, and protocol. Perform all drug screening procedures in accordance with established rules and regulations. Ensure patient immunizations are appropriate, well documented and administered using approved techniques. Conduct provider referrals as well as service pre-certifications on an as needed basis. Document past medical history assessment of patients. Rotate among various clinical services such as lab, medical assistant, and front desk. Prepare rooms; sterilize instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures. Ensure work area is neat and clean, fully stocked and ensure all laundry items have been laundered and put away.
