Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated RN to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) and Infection Control Nurse. This dual-role position combines leadership in nursing administration and infection prevention supporting the facility’s commitment to providing high-quality care in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Key Responsibilities : Infection Control Duties Oversee the facility’s infection prevention and control program, ensuring adherence to protocols and compliance with all regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits of wound care documentation and processes to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) Duties Assist the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in daily clinical operations and overall management of the nursing team. Act as a resource for nursing staff, offering guidance, training, and support in clinical practices and resident care.
