Qualifications Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Current BLS/CPR Certification. Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or similar supervisory role in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting. Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Risk Management, or Regulatory Compliance strongly preferred. Thorough knowledge of CMS, NYSDOH regulations, and survey processes.
