The Home Care Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining caregiver schedules, coordinating client visits, and ensuring appropriate staffing coverage. This role serves as a key communication link between clients, caregivers, and agency management while maintaining compliance with company policies and care plans. Maintain accurate scheduling records in scheduling software and electronic health record systems. Verify caregiver availability, credentials, and work-hour limits. Track open shifts and arrange coverage to ensure uninterrupted client care. Assist with onboarding schedules for new caregivers and clients. Respond to client and employee inquiries regarding schedules and service hours. Maintain a current CNA License. All duties and responsibilities of a Caregiver while actively working a shift. General Summary of Position The Medical Assistant performs clinical and administrative duties in an ambulatory care setting under the supervision of a physician/provider and/or a registered nurse.
