Nurse RN or LPN Job Summary: The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and support in all activities of daily living that ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility.
