POSITION OVERVIEW The Certified Assisted Living Associate (HHA) provides care and support to Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. The role includes direct patient care, emotional support, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to maintain a positive environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Assists AL residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Additionally, assists with medication reminders and ensures AL residents follow prescribed healthcare plans. Monitors and documents vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) as directed by supervising nursing staff. Provides companionship and emotional support to AL residents, promoting a positive and nurturing environment. POSITION OVERVIEW The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and the supervision of nursing assistants working with residents assigned to each unit. POSITION OVERVIEW The Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the evening functions of the Nursing Department(s) to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
