In this dynamic role, you’ll provide direct care to patients and support to families, while also serving as a floating clinician—temporarily assigned to different hospice branches based on census needs or staffing gaps. Travel is required and may include: Option 1: Overnight travel required to cities within a 100-mile radius. Option 2: Frequent overnight travel to multiple states is required. Option 3: Regional travel with overnight stays based on assignment needs. A company fleet car is provided for eligible employees. Beginning in October 2025, we will be a 15 bed labor deck, 18 bed postpartum unit, and a 7-9 bed level II NICU caring for 32 weeks and above, occasionally going down to 30 weeks. With our location right off I-25 we see all gestations and have the capability and resources to deliver, stabilize and transport. We also have 3 triage beds and 2 OR suites.
