Our home care team continues Cleveland Clinic's treatment at home. We provide short term intermittent acute care at home. Our nurses work autonomously meeting patients where they live. This requires strong assessment skills and critical thinking. We provide flexibility to the nurse and the patient when coordinating care within a team environment. As an RN, you will educate and follow the patient through a short-term intermittent recovery process.
