Caring Angels Home Care is looking for dynamic full-time RN Clinical Manager for our Homecare agency. This position offers a base salary of $120,000.00 and offers a competitive benefits package including Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan, 35 PTO Days. The Clinical/Nurse Manager oversees, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing process and has responsibility for: Conducting on-site supervision and evaluation of staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient care Orienting all nursing personnel to the company's clinical policies and procedures as well as to each home care case Supervising field staff under appropriate contract requirements Coordinating home care services Assessing ongoing educational needs of staff and coordinating necessary training/in-service programs Conducting in-service programs Ensuring patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately at all times.
