191906 We are looking for a Pediatric Home Care Registered Nurse to work for one of our clients, a multi-service home care organization (CHHA), for their pediatric patients in Queens, NY. This is a permanent, full-time job. Monday - Friday, 38.5 hrs/week. Sign-on Bonus of $15,000 paid after 15 months of employment. In this role you would be responsible for traveling to a patient’s home to administer healthcare services and helping patients maintain their independence. Caseload - 20-25 patients per week. An ideal candidate would be a graduate of accredited school of nursing, and currently registered in New York State as a Registered Professional Nurse and have experience with pediatric population. A Brief Overview The Quality Management (QM) Coordinator's over-aching aim is to advance the organization's commitment to healthcare quality through collaboration and communication.
