Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Ohio Certificate of Authority as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Ohio Board of Nursing Certification as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in specialty. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or obtains within 90 days of hire.
