University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Physician Assistant to join our Pulmonary Transplant practice at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Join a team of excellent providers who deliver care for Pre- and Post-Lung Transplant recipients. In This Role, You Will: Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of care to patients within a multidisciplinary framework caring for Pre- and Post-Lung Transplant and cystic fibrosis patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs. Recommend treatment and prescribe medication. Consult with physicians (as needed) and make appropriate referrals for evaluation or treatment. Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Float Registered Nurse - RN to join our corporate float nursing team with the Ebenezer corporate office! This position floats to assigned Ebenezer Assisted Living communities to provide RN services and support. This Float nursing schedule includes; On Call/Casual Day, Evening and Overnight (NOC) shifts available To maintain Casual status, employees must be willing to be available to work a minimum of three (3) shifts per month (two shifts must be weekend shifts) and one (1) Holiday shift per year.
