Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Nursing Care Partner works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) and provides direct patient care for assigned patient. As a member of the direct care team, the Nursing Care Partner is responsible and accountable for complete and accurate collection and recording of data, completion of routine and delegated direct patient care activities and communicating and collaborating with the RN to prioritize workload.
