Floating Director of Nursing – West Coast Region (WA & OR) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floating Director of Nursing (DON) to support our skilled nursing communities across Washington and Oregon . This unique regional role provides leadership, mentorship, and operational support to facilities in need of interim or transitional nursing leadership. Key Responsibilities: Provide interim leadership as Director of Nursing across multiple facilities within WA and OR.
