Participate in daily huddles, complete assigned action items, and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care. Monitor care team metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and outcome tracking. Additional Responsibilities In select practices, perform medical scribing duties by accompanying providers during patient visits, accurately documenting encounters, entering lab orders, referrals, and prescriptions as directed by the provider. Provide coverage at other Core Physicians locations as needed based on operational priorities. Perform additional duties as assigned.
