The ARNP/PA-C is a certified physician assistant or advanced registered nurse practitioner who provides evaluation and medical management of multiple service lines of adult hematology patients at Fred Hutch. They follow patients during their chemotherapy and provide medical supportive care, as well as surveillance after completion of treatment. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Provides support for care management/care coordination activities and collaborates with multidisciplinary team coordinating integrated delivery of member care across the continuum. Strives to ensure member progress toward desired outcomes and contributes to overarching strategy to provide quality and cost-effective member care.
