Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include: Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.
