Job Summary Schedule: 24 Nights - Part of our Weekend Incentive Program (WIP) WIP Nurses commit to work at least three (3) twelve (12) hour weekend shifts for three (3) out of (4) weekends during a four (4) week schedule block will receive a WIP differential of $9.00 per hour for all hours worked on the weekend. This differential is in addition to any shift differential to which the nurse may otherwise be eligible for the particular shift worked.
