He works closely with St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center leadership to expand access to advanced electrophysiology services across Long Island, with an emphasis on early and definitive treatment strategies. Dr. Germano is board certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Disease . Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations. Order and review diagnostic testing, including ECGs and cardiac monitoring. Collaborate with electrophysiology cardiologists to develop and manage treatment plans. Must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program within two (2) years and obtain a BSN Degree within five (5) years of job entry date. Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
