For Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) only: Provides health education, social support and community linkages to meet the needs of pregnant and postpartum, first-time mothers and their infants. Also responsible for adhering to NFP national guidelines. • Assesses the physical, social and psychological needs and environmental conditions of the patient/client through professional knowledge, skills of observation, interviewing, and physical examination to develop a plan of care. • Understands, interprets, and implements reimbursement protocols; determines the billing source for patient/client care. Job Details Respiratory Nurse Manager Responsibilities : Daily clinical operations of the Respiratory Care unit. Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth Participate in managing budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience QUALIFICATIONS: Passion for Med/Surg 3-5 Years of working experience in Med/Surg Nursing Previous leadership experience Regulatory knowledge Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Salary Range USD $128,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
