Experience: Previous progressive experience relevant to the area of clinical practice required. For all NPs hired effective June 1, 2019, National Board Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing required. For NPs who bill for professional services, National Board Certification is required regardless of hire date. The Board Certification requirement may be deferred up to 1 year if approved by Chief Nursing Officer or designee.
