How you make a difference The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in patient care by contributing to the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Working under the supervision of RN(s), the LPN provides direction and guidance in patient education and activities that align with their education and demonstrated competencies. Clinical Nurse Manager

Overview The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for the supervision of nursing services to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient patient care. Overview The Clinical Nurse Manger (CNM) is a direct supervisory leadership role and a key member of the Nursing leadership team. Qualifications Education • Associate's Degree required. • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications • Registered Nurse required. • BLS certification required upon hire. • De-Escalation Training required within six (6) months of hire. • Advanced Dysrhythmia/EKG certification required for Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit positions.
