Job Details Physician Office | Kettering | Full-time | First Shift Responsibilities & Requirements The RN/Clinical Services Supervisor is responsible for: Provide quality nursing care, education, treatment and support to patients, staying attuned to the needs of their supporters as well. Serve as a patient advocate as they strive to have their health care needs addressed. Teaming and communication: Effectively communicates, displaying a professional and positive attitude towards patients, their families and staff, especially when addressing a difficult situation. Professional development: Participates in continuing education and nursing education activities both within and outside the network. Accountable for professional development within scope of care as defined by law. Dependable, demonstrates flexibility while prioritizing duties, and utilizes time efficiently in the completion of assigned duties. Leadership: Manages staff schedules, time and attendance, provides daily coaching and support, collaborates with practice leader on corrective/disciplinary discussions/actions, and performance evaluations. Job Requirements: Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio. Associate's degree required. Basic Life Support certification required.
