Job Summary Responsible for rendering professional nursing services either directly or indirectly for a defined group of patients according to the hospital’s philosophy of patient care. Summary Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager (or designee) implements, supervises and evaluates the nursing care of each patient using a nursing process and in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Management of patient receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) Management of patient receiving continual renal replacement therapy (CRRT) Care and management of a patient with >20% BSA burns (see burn center orientation checklist and management of the post-operative kidney transplant patient Management of the stroke patient including responding as part of stroke team and administering and management of patient requiring maximal personal protective equipment (PPE)font-size Care and management of patient with an oncological emergency Safely and effectively travel with critically ill pediatric patients throughout institution. Full-Time, (3) 12-hr Shifts, rotating Weekends Job Summary: Under the supervision of the clinical provider, the Medical Assistant duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, IV/Blood draw, ECG, office diagnostic testing, x-ray prep, assisting with splinting/wound care and assisting in administering medications as directed by physician. Duties and Responsibilities: Medical Assistant / EMT - tasks include but are not limited to: Medical: Prepare examination and treatment rooms with necessary instruments.
