Must be comfortable staging pressure injuries according to the NPIAP Must be familiar with wound care best practice and advanced wound care products; collagens, alginates, foams, silvers, etc. Must have experience with wound vacs and other DME, such as pressure relieving/ reducing devices Strong preference to having wound certification or be open to getting certified Experience working in a long-term care setting. Ability to work with an EMR. Ability to work within an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
