Develop technical proficiency and clinical judgment related to procedures commonly performed in the designated specialty. Prepares for and performs procedures following institutional guidelines and safety protocols. Demonstrates understanding of indications, contraindications, anatomy, techniques, and post-procedural care. Seeks feedback and incorporates coaching to improve competence and patient outcomes. Didactic Education: Participates in all structured didactic activities as assigned. Completes all academic assignments. Actively participates in all mentoring assignments. Qualifications Masters' Degree conferred from accredited NP or PA school. National Board Certification Licensed in Illinois without restriction. Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care which is age specific/appropriate for the types of patients served.
